LAGO Asset Management, LLC (the “Adviser,” and together with the Company, “LAGO”, “our”, “us”, or “we”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining your trust and confidence. This privacy notice, which is required by state and federal law, explains the privacy policies of LAGO and its affiliated companies. number, Social Security or Tax Identification number, birth date, and financial information such

other information about LAGO, and send you proxy statements or other information required by law.

We do not disclose any nonpublic information about you without your express consent, except as permitted by law and as needed to provide the services you have requested. We do not share customer information with any non-affiliated third party except as described below.
