LAGO Asset Management, LLC (“LAGO AM”) is a Delaware limited liability company registered with the SEC under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (“LAGO AM”). Registration with the SEC does not imply a certain level of skill or training. SEC registration does not mean the SEC has approved of the services of the investment adviser.
LAGO AM serves as investment adviser to LAGO Evergreen Credit, a Delaware statutory trust structured as an externally managed, non-diversified closed-end management investment company that has elected to be treated as a business development company (“LAGO Evergreen Credit”, and together with LAGO AM, “LAGO”).
